At the beginning of our weather unit, the students in Mrs. Pawlaczyk's class
were given the task to create their own weekend forecast. We brainstormed as a class what information would be needed and how to obtain it. They worked in small groups to research using laptops, books and class lessons. They then created slides using the Smartboard software to use in their presentation. The students also filmed the forecasts using the Flip cameras. It was wonderful to see how engaged the kids were during the entire project. The videos are a bit dark due to the Smartboard in the background. Enjoy!
