| In order to engage students in work that provides meaning, satisfaction and increases the likelihood that they will achieve at higher levels, Orange City Schools is focusing on the work we provide them. It’s called WOW, or Working on the Work. As you browse through the pictures of engaging kids and the work they are creating take note as to the students themselves. Do they appear excited about the work? Will this work bring meaning to them and to their parents? Do you think they will be satisfied with the outcome? Maybe you’ll need to ask the students yourself.
